Please note: the packaging and images on some products listed on this site may slightly vary from the product received. Similarly, while we have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on our website, the colours you see will depend on your monitor. Thus, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour is accurate.

Whilst CanCanLingerie.com.au makes every reasonable effort to display information accurately on the website, some information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note some such errors may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order).

We endeavour to communicate quickly with our suppliers regarding out of stock products and reflect changes on our website accordingly, however occasionally it takes longer for discontinued lines to appear as such on our website. User Feedback

We welcome your comments and emails regarding the website and our business. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively, “Comments”) sent to Can Can Lingerie shall be and remain the exclusive property of Can Can Lingerie. Your submission of any such Comments shall constitute an assignment to Can Can Lingerie of all rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments. Can Can Lingerie will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason, we ask that you not send us any comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork.

You may be able to post reviews and make comments on our site. This content however must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable to third parties. It is not permitted to consist of, or contain software viruses, commercial solicitation, mass mailings or any form of ‘spam’. Can Can Lingerie reserves the right to modify, adapt and remove content at any time, without notice to you.

Vouchers

Can Can Lingerie uses vouchers for promotional purposes from time to time. Vouchers are in USD. These vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Voucher use is strictly limited by the terms and conditions available at the time of voucher purchase. Can Can Lingerie will not be held accountable for customer failure to read or comply with such terms. Vouchers are a one-time discount off the total invoice amount, and may be limited to a certain brand. Each voucher code may only be used once by entering it during the check-out process.

Any breach of voucher terms and conditions will void the sale. A refund of monies paid for any order which breaches the voucher terms and conditions, will be at the discretion of Can Can Lingerie.

Voucher validity period
All vouchers issued by Can Can Lingerie have an expiry date, after which the voucher, if left unredeemed or partially redeemed at that time has no future value.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CanCanLingerie.com.au or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You must indemnify and hold CanCanLingerie.com.au and its employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, directors, officers, managers and shareholders (the “Parties”) harmless from any damage, loss, or expense (including without limitation, legal fees and costs) incurred in connection with any third-party claim, demand or action (“Claim”) brought against any of the Parties alleging that you have breached any of these terms and conditions. If you have to indemnify CanCanLingerie.com.au under this Section, CanCanLingerie.com.au will have the right to control the defence, settlement, and resolution of any claim at your sole expense. You may not settle or otherwise resolve any Claim without CanCanLingerie.com.au’s express written permission.
